Oakdale Wellness 50+ is an all-volunteer grassroots initiative whose purpose is to contribute to the physical, social, emotional, and mental health of residents who reside within Oakdale and Washington County, especially adults ages 50 and older. They offer opportunities for exercise, education, and engagement, creating a community culture of wellness. All activities are free and most are held at the Oakdale Discovery Center. CULTIVATING WELLNESS THROUGH VOLUNTEERISM | Tuesday, March 10 | 1 to 2 PM
Community Thread of Stillwater and Rachel Presslein, Community Engagement Director, will share information on the benefits of volunteering, and opportunities that fit your time and talents in this interactive event. Rachel will also talk about their Volunteer Driver Program and how this may be of interest to our community. There is no volunteer commitment required. Refreshments provided.
