Walk the 220 acre preserve as much as possible, with the ultimate goal of reaching a total of 200 miles to earn a $40 gift card from Target, Hy-Vee, Kwik Trip or Fleet Farm. Learn everything you need to know about keeping chickens, such as coop construction, chicken comfort, safety, sanitation, and doing it all with minimum expense by using ordinary materials and equipment. ViniYogaDiscovery Center
ViniYoga is a therapeutic style of yoga which adapts to the needs of each student. Classes will include a blend of gentle yoga postures, breathing, and simple meditations to help the body build strength and flexibility while remaining steady and comfortable. Beginners are welcome as are those who have practiced yoga before and all students are encouraged to move at their own pace. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
