Enroll in the waitlist for a full activity:

  • Curious Critters Club (Ages 3 to 6)

Yoga

Discovery Center

All guided yoga sessions provide the practitioner with ample time to unite with their breath, the movement of their body and the present moment. As we learn to direct our attention to the practice, the mind begins to still and the thoughts fall away. Within this quiet mental state healing and rejuvenation can occur. Practitioners will learn to hold the poses long enough to experience them in their bodies while connecting fully with their breath.

The yoga classes are appropriate for all levels and incorporate a variety of postures/asana, breathwork and kriyas. Practitioners are verbally guided through the poses step-by-step. Instructor Thomasina Fisk.
