The City of Oakdale winter parking restrictions take place November 1 through April 1. Per City Ordinance 12-11 (a) (b) and 12-12:
- No on-street parking is permitted from 12 AM (Midnight) to 5 AM.
- No on-street parking is permitted anytime following two (2) or more inches of snow until after snow removal has been completed.
- Vehicle owners will be cited and towed for violations.
