Temporary Outdoor Patio License

The City issues licenses to businesses wishing to host a temporary outdoor patio in Oakdale. 

Application Requirements

• Temporary Outdoor Patio License Application (PDF)
• Payment of $100 to the City of Oakdale - The City offers a quick and easy way to pay your license online. You may also pay by mail or in person with a check or cash.

Licensing Process

Once a complete license application has been received by City staff, the application will be reviewed. Processing may take up to 30 days.

License Term

The license term is April 1 to November 1.
