THC Product Sales

The City processes all Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) product sales licenses for businesses in Oakdale wanting to sell THC products.

License Term

The first license term will be January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Thereafter, the license term for THC product sales licenses is July 1 through June 30, annually. 

Application Requirements: New

• THC Product Sales License Application (PDF)
• THC Product Sales Supplemental Form (PDF) Must be completed by applicant’s spouse, officer, person in charge of premises, or any person(s) controlling or owning an interest in excess of five (5) percent).
• Payment to the City of Oakdale - The City offers a quick and easy way to pay your license online. You may also pay by mail or in person with a check or cash. Please refer to the City fee schedule.

Licensing Process

Once applications for licenses have been received by City staff, background investigations will be conducted by the Oakdale Police department if applicable. Reports are then presented to City Council for consideration before licenses are issued. The licensing process may take up to eight weeks.
