The City issues licenses to businesses wanting to sell natural trees, also known as Christmas trees, in Oakdale.
Application Requirements: New License
Once a completed license application has been received by City staff, the application will be reviewed and a report will be submitted to the City Council. The licensing process may take up to 30 days.
The license term is November 1 through January 9 of the following year. Businesses must re-apply annually by October 1 if they wish to sell Christmas trees the following year.
